Public Offer
This document is an official public offer of the Voltaris online store to conclude a дистанційний sales agreement.
By placing an order on the website or via messengers (Viber, Telegram, etc.), the Customer fully accepts the terms of this offer.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of goods (batteries, components, or assembled battery systems) to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this agreement.
2. Order Placement
Orders can be placed through the website, messengers, or using the contact details provided on the website. After confirmation, payment and delivery details are agreed upon with the Customer.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated on the website or communicated by the manager. Payment is made using a method agreed upon during the order process.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Ukraine via delivery services or other agreed methods. Shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with applicable laws. Goods can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and retain their original condition and packaging.
6. Warranty
A warranty may be provided depending on the product type. In case of defects, the Customer has the right to request a replacement or repair.
7. Liability
The parties are liable in accordance with applicable laws. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the product by the Customer.
8. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
